This hour tea meditation will leave you feeling relaxed and stress free from daily pressures and thoughts. Tea drinking is about being in the present moment, witnessing the reactive mind, and calmly learning to accept and be with what is. Having a deep appreciation of the present moment while realizing life is ever-changing.
Drinking tea with intention is not only about being fully awake in the moment, it's also about living the moment with an open heart.
The first 15-20 min. will be experiencing the tea pouring and and enjoyment. The next final minutes we will share and enlighten one another.
This is a very relaxed environment so wear something comfortable and bring a friend to share this memory!
