Tips to Practice Mindfulness

Mindfulness is the art of "living in the moment"and being in the present moment. A practice that has been around for centuries and still used today for a healthy mind, body, and spirit.

It's important to slow down enough to be in the present, to appreciate the breath, vision, taste and smell of life because when we are born the clocks begin; and depending on the upbringing, culture, and climate of this environment you will understand “mindfulness“ to be awareness of self and others.

Were not talking about blocking out thoughts, but instead about observing them as they arise. Practicing mindfulness can reduce stress, improve focus, creativity and working memory.

If mindfulness can help to improve relationships with others and build self-confidence then it can be applied to many different areas in life, such as work, relationships, health and even parenting.

It can also help with sleep quality and overall physical health.
