Seven Spa and Salon Policies and Preocedures

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING

 

 

To assure time slots desired, we recommend scheduling your next appointment before leaving Seven Spa. We appreciate a 24-hour notice (48 hours for large parties) of cancellation or 50% of the scheduled services will be charged. Full price will be charged when no notice is given and for cancellations within 24 hours.

With all due respect to our staff please be punctual for the time reserved exclusively for you. If an appointment must be rescheduled because you are more than 15 minutes late, a cancellation fee of 50% of services will be charged. We reserve the right to condense a treatment or reschedule if you arrive late for your service.

Here at Seven Spa and Salon we love babies & children, although we ask that you make childcare arrangements prior to your appointment. This ensures the safety of your children as well as a relaxing environment for all clients. We respectfully request that parent of the child getting serviced you must always remain present.

  • As a courtesy to all our guests, cellular phone use is not permitted in the salon. Cellular devices may be used on vibrate/silent mode.

  • Masks are not required for guests but is welcomed. Our staff will wear mask during your service.

  • No refunds on Gift Certificates. Gift certificates orders are not exchangeable and sales are final.

  • Prices and services are subject to change without notice.

 

 

       Refund Policy

  • Spa Products – If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you purchased, you can return it within 7 days of the original purchase date for a replacement or refund. You must have a valid receipt documenting that the purchase had been made within the last 7 days.

  • Spa Services – Seven Spa strives to provide the utmost in customer service and satisfaction with spa services provided. If you are displeased with your spa or salon service, please bring it to the attention of the receptionist at the time of checkout. It is our policy to ensure that all services are provided properly and professionally, and upon approval of spa management, you will be eligible to receive a follow-up complimentary service in order for us to have the chance to “make it right” and please you. We do not provide refunds for spa services or packages; the sole remedy is providing a complimentary follow-up service.
